All orders are shipped within 24 hours, and typically delivered within 2-4 days from when you placed your order. 

Duties and Taxes for orders shipped outside of the United States are the customers responsibility. We do not refund outgoing shipping costs for international orders.

Customers have 30 days from the date they receive their order to initiate a return or exchange. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, and outgoing shipping costs are not refunded.

We accept one (1) open and used item per order customer. If you purchased multiple items in one order or in a bundle all other items must be new, unused, sealed and in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.
